Managing Director – China Mr Chan Siu Hung meets with Director He Chaojian of Guangxi Provincial Ethnic and Religious Affairs Commission

On 4 September 2019, Managing Director – China of CLP Holdings Limited Mr Chan Siu Hung visited Mr He Chaojian, Director of the Provincial Ethnic and Religious Affairs Commission of Guangxi.

Mr Chan introduced CLP’s charity program and its progress in Guangxi, and noted that CLP had always been caring about the development of ethnic minorities. With implementation of this program, CLP would not only make additional contributions to improve the education and living standards of local ethnic minority communities, but also pay close attention to the cultural conservation of ethnic minorities. In particular, the program specially made a plan for the cultural conservation of ethnic minorities.

Director He noted that CLP had been a model in fulfilling CSR commitments. The currant charity program would be conductive to improving local education, community environment and cultural conservation of ethnic minorities, and the commission would provide full supports to all related activities carried out by CLP.
