Managing Director – China Mr Chan Siu Hung meet with Deputy Director Zhou Yajun of Shanghai Foreign Affairs Office

On 5 July 2019, Managing Director – China of CLP Holdings Limited Mr Chan Siu Hung met with Mr Zhou Yajun, Deputy Director of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government in Shanghai.

Mr Chan shared the overall developments of CLP Group and CLP China with Deputy Director Zhou, and also introduced CLP’s investments in Shanghai and collaborations with local companies. As remarked by Deputy Director Zhou, CLP boasts a history of over 100 years with remarkable contributions to the prosperity and development of Hong Kong. He added that CLP proactively made investments in the mainland power market, which not only drove growth of the power industry in mainland China, but also brought excellent experience. Furthermore, he welcomed CLP to make investments in Shanghai and cooperate with local companies, and the Hong Kong & Macao Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government would provide full supports.
